What Pebbls is for
Pebbls is for telling the story of your adventure or expedition. The app records your route, and you add pebbls along the way: a photo and a few words, pinned to where you are.
The pebbls matter most
The route shows where you went. The pebbls show what happened. A journey with no pebbls tells people very little.
What it isn't for
Pebbls isn't for tracking vehicles, work or the commute. If a journey rarely has pebbls and goes nine days of travel without a new one, tracking stops, with warnings first. Add a pebbl and it starts again. A journey with no pebbls at all is deleted once nothing has been added to it for 90 days, after an email that lets you download it or keep it.
Privacy
A journey can be public, private (only people you send the link to can see it) or protected with a password, and you can hide where each chapter starts and ends. There's no advertising.
