Map the countries you've visited
Tap each country you've been to, or pick them from a list. Mark where you've lived and where you want to go next. You get a map to save as a picture, share as a link or put on your blog. It's free and you don't need an account.
Tap a country to mark it. Tap it again to take it off. Small islands are easier to find by name or in the list.
On your next trip, the map fills itself in
This map is only kept on this device. On a trip, Pebbls fills it in for you. The app records your route and pins your photos as you go, and every country you pass through goes on the map on your profile, seas too. Family and friends can follow along on the website without the app.

Questions
How do I make a map of the countries I've visited?
Tap each country on the map, or open a continent in the list and tap the flags. You can also paste a list of names. The map fills in as you go, and your count and share of the world show next to it.
How many countries have I been to?
Mark them and the number shows next to the map, with how many continents that is and your share of the world's 197 countries. Countries you've lived in count too. Ones you want to go to don't.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
It's free and you don't need an account. Sign in only if you want it kept on your Pebbls profile.
What counts as a country?
The 193 UN members plus Vatican City, Palestine, Kosovo and Taiwan, so 197 in all. Places like Greenland, Puerto Rico and Hong Kong count as territories and are shown separately. Antarctica counts as a continent, not a country.
Do England, Scotland and Wales count separately?
You can mark England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland one by one, but together they count as one country, the United Kingdom.
How is the share of the world worked out?
It's the countries you've marked as been or lived, out of 197. We don't measure land area, because ten minutes in Russia would then count as a ninth of all the land on Earth.
Is my map saved?
If you're signed in, it's saved to your Pebbls account and the countries you've been to or lived in show on your profile. Want to go stays private. If you're not signed in, it's only in this browser on this device. A copied link carries the list inside the link itself, so whoever opens it sees your map.
Can I put it on my blog?
Yes. Tap 'Put it on your blog' and paste the code into your page. It shows as a picture with a small link under it.
Can I print it?
Save the picture and print that. The wide one is 2400 pixels across, enough for A4 or US Letter paper.
